Please fill in the number of booth spaces you will need. Each is 10’ (10 feet) and all are located on the street. If you extend beyond your purchased area you will be charged for each additional 10’. Multiply and fill in the dollar amount total in the far right column. Add each booth type amount and any electrical fees and write the final cost in the TOTAL area.

Newton Merchants Inc. reserves the right to assess additional charges if your set up in not in the category you designate. Space location will be assigned prior to your arrival. Newton MayFest is a quality family event with crafts, artists, and multiple entertainment stages. First time vendors must attach a photo(s) of your actual booth set up and products with your application. We reserves the right to dismiss any accepted vendor, with no refund given, whose display does not match the representation in their application photo or for failure to comply with the pre-assigned location. This is a rain or shine event thus no refunds.
